We've been anxiously waiting this moment! The pool and hot tub are officially set! The Clubhouse has it's siding up and work continues on the inside. We're so thankful for the beautiful weather, so the crews can continue to push forward this year! Touching base with the Clubhouse.

As much as we love updating you on the status of our buildings, we wanted to share the progress of the Clubhouse. The double sided fireplace is going to make the community room unimaginably beautiful, while complimenting the inviting space! There will be opportunities to utilize the meeting outlets, lounge area and billiards table! Our event room will have a full kitchen for any of our property events or reserved tenant gatherings. Our fitness center equipment is listed below and will have direct access to showers, restrooms and locker rooms. The spa (open year round) and luxury pool are making their way to completion and will be surrounded by patio lounging areas and the barbeque space. Differences so small, yet so helpful

We didn't skip anything when it came to the design on these units either! These pictures show the slight differences of the ADA/Handicap Accessible spaces; lower counter tops, removed island, front controlled stove, front load washer/dryer, widened doorway for master bedroom (hence the accordion closet doors), sinks can be converted to roll in, adjustable showerhead, stabilizing bars for shower and commode. These units are still the beautiful build with all amenities included on the first floor! If you have any questions I have a unit available to see in person.

2nd building views and progress

The 2nd building is well on it's way to completion! They are installing the appliances, finishing flooring and painting. This building will face East and West. I took pictures to show the views from both. Honestly, I'm a sucker for views that involve ANY sky, so I'll let you decided which one you like best! Remember, special pricing is available now for leasing through the rest of the year! We have our article coming out in Yellowstone Valley Woman Magazine Labor Day week! We're also out here every day for a couple hours for open viewings! Come see and ask us some questions!! Have a great rest of summer!

More progress = more pictures

We've decided to stay consistent and continue showing everyone the progress of both the Clubhouse and our next building. The pool has been dug, Clubhouse will have siding soon and insides are becoming more distinguished! Building 2, will be ready in September and some of the units have flooring! This building will be convenient to the Clubhouse and pickle ball courts to the west. We want to stress that we are pre-leasing for the rest of the year and the pricing will NOT be any lower than it is now! Call us or apply now to get your spot saved all the way through December!!

What an exciting first week in July! We moved people in and began showing our model unit! Give our office a call to set up a viewing or a little more information! Adding finishes and the bird's eye view

We get to show you what Zimmerman Luxury looks like from the Rims! Montana just doesn't disappoint does it!?
The quartz countertops came in and are adding to the super sleek cabinetry. Little by little things are moving towards completion! We will have showings coming soon, just need to get the dates nailed down. If you have any questions or are even a little curious please call! Once the first building opens more will immediately follow!

Measurements to make sure your furniture fits!!

We have some rough (no inches) measurements on room sizes (these are NOT ADA). All bedrooms are 13'x13'. Bedroom Closets 6'x6'. Master bathroom 15'x6'. Bathroom for 1BD is 13'x7'. Dining area 10'x10'. Laundry room is 9'x7'. Kitchen 15'x10'. Living room 11'x10'. Basically... There's a lot of room for activities! If you have questions, please give us a call! We'd love to hear from you!

Things are coming together nicely.

Hello! Today we visited the Zimmerman Luxury property to see how things are coming along. We are so excited to see how all of the work is now showing fruition! We would like to update you with photos of inside a 2 bedroom unit and the entire property on our Facebook page. Thankfully we have the beautiful Montana sky to use as a backdrop. New Year! New Possibilites!

Here at Zimmerman Luxury Apartments we want to be a part of your new year! A new year always brings excitement. It is a time to set goals and re-evaluate what has worked in the past year and what didn't. Here are a few fun and helpful tips when it comes to setting goals and becoming your best you!
1. Take time and write down who you want to be. What does your future self look like?
2. Come up with small achievable goals to get you to that end result.
3. Be sure and be specific! A goal only works if you know the time, date and place. Take out all the guess work of when, how, and where you will achieve this goal!
4. Display your goals where you can see them! This will help keep it current in your mind, especially on those busy days!
5. Keep trying! Work, family and life have a way of surprising you! So don't feel too bad if you aren't as consistent as you would have hoped! Remember, quitting guarantees failure! If you keep trying, you will succeed!
